We were upfront for Boo Radleys, but when Sugar hit the stage, we moved back – it was LOUD and we were young & stupid and didn’t use ear plugs. My cousin went to the show as well. I had been telling her about the Bob Mould show at Maxwells the year before. It was acoustic, and Bob told everyone to sit on the floor because it was going to be a long night, so she was expecting something more along the lines of that & “See A Little Light” – she got more than she bargained for.
